This home we done both the en suite and bathroom, with the en suite having a fixed shower head toilet and large vanity. The bathroom has a movable shower head as well as a bath. both have the same tiles cabinetry and tap ware.
This is a rental property we freshened up by replacing the kitchen as well as the bathroom, we also patched the ceiling and walls in places before it was given a coat of paint.
This bathroom features a double shower with a pebble floor and a seat/step built in the corner with frame less shower screens.
This extension more then doubled the size of this old farm house, it includes a kitchen, dinning and living area, bathroom, en suite, office, laundry and an out door entertaining area.
The outside uses custom orb to separate the old from the new with the new having red brick coins and a rough faced brick to mimic the look of the old building. The exposed rafters were continued around the veranda, before it was tied together with the new roof.
Throughout the house boasts 3.3 meter ceilings, as well as keeping the old exterior wall exposed in the office and en suite. The bathroom has patterned floor tiles and subways on the wall, with the en suite having the same large format tiles on the floor and wall.
The owners were taking on the task of painting inside and out as well as doing the cabinetry and second fix carpentry.
This large bathroom has a double vanity with a free standing bath and frame less shower screen, with a feature tile in both niches. We also renewed the laundry 
This addition includes a Master bed room with walk in robe and en suit, a large living area and laundry. Once the walls and roof went on the owner took on the task of fitting of out. We came back and rendered the outside of the addition as well as tiling the en suite and laundry.
